Terms & Conditions:

Please be aware confirmation of booking, either verbal or written, confirms the client's acceptance of the below terms and conditions set out by Nathalie Riddle.

Fees:

All fees are agreed prior to holding options. All fees are payable in full to Nathalie Riddle within 30 days of receipt of invoice, or by any contractually agreed date (whichever is sooner).

Late payment:

All fees not paid in full within 30 days of receipt of invoice or by the contractually agreed date will incur a late payment compensation flat fee of £200.00, and each addition month that payment is late (from original invoice received date or contractually agreed payment date) plus a daily interest charge (based on annual statutory interest + BoE base rate). 

Working Hours and Overtime:

Fees are charged by the day or by the hour. A ‘day’ is an 8-hour period (including one hour for lunch) between 9am and 6pm (eg 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm). An extra hour between 9am and 6pm is charged at the normal rate. The appropriate overtime rate is charged before 9am and after 6pm. Overtime is charged at one-and-a-half times the hourly rate. Saturdays are charged at one-and-a-half times the hourly rate and Sundays or Bank Holidays are charged at double the hourly rate.

Cancellations: Tours & Press Junkets 

Cancellation of a confirmed booking not less than 14 working days before the first date of the booking call time will be charged at 50% of the agreed fee. Cancellation of a confirmed booking less than 14 working days before the date of the booking call time will be charged at 100% of the total fee, in each case payable to Nathalie Riddle no later than 30 days after the date of cancellation.

Cancellations: Press, Media and Editorial

Cancellation of a confirmed booking within 48 hours (working days) of the booking call time the full total fee will be charged and payable by the client unless the artist (Nathalie Riddle) is booked within 24 hours (working day) of the cancellation in which case half the total fee will be charged and payable by the client.The total fee will be charged and payable by the client for bookings of more than three working days duration: within a period equal to or less than the length of the booking, then Saturdays, Sundays and bank and public holidays are excluded for the purpose of determining the cancellation notice period. In each case payable to Nathalie Riddle no later than 30 days after the date of cancellation.

Cancellations: Locations

Cancellation of a confirmed booking within 48 hours (working days) of the booking call time the full fee will be charged and payable by the client. Outside 48 hours of the booking call time but within 72 hours of the booking call time of the booking date then half the total fee will be charged and payable by the client , in each case payable to Nathalie Riddle no later than 30 days after the date of cancellation.

Wardrobe Expenses/Advances:

All wardrobe advances must be received by Nathalie Riddle in full prior to any commencement of purchasing. Wardrobe advances are to cover the purchase of any items for the client and include expenses (couriers/delivery charges, taxis, transport, petrol, parking, packaging/cases) incurred whilst doing so. If Itemised and collated receipts are required by the client this will be charged (dependant upon the volume/value of items purchased) at a minimum of 2 x full day rate.

All purchased wardrobe must be arranged by the client to be collected from Nathalie Riddle within 5 working days of a shoot, and any remaining items will be donated to charity partners including smartworks.org.uk and www.suitedbootedcentre.org.uk

Travel on location:

All travel days are billed at 50% of agreed day rate.

When a location booking is made, a client must provide transport for the artist both to the booking location and back again unless agreed otherwise. If the client fails to provide such transport then the artist (Nathalie Riddle) shall be entitled to re-charge the cost of the transport procured. If Nathalie Riddle on location is prevented from returning to London to work, half the daily fee will be charged to and payable by the client for each day that Nathalie Riddle is unable to return to London to work.

All on location travel is to be arranged and covered by the client.

Equipment:

All styling equipment (steamers, iron, ironing board, trestle tables, rails, hangers, robes and slippers) are to be provided by the client at their cost, unless otherwise agreed.
